Here we go again...

LOXAHATCHEE, Fla. (AP) -- A former student at a South Florida high school says she was sexually attacked in a school bathroom by another student, but the school never took any action against her attacker.

The Palm Beach Post reports that the unidentified former student filed a lawsuit Tuesday in federal court against the Palm Beach County School Board. She says officials at Loxahatchee's Seminole Ridge High School knew that her attacker had a history of sexual misconduct yet did little to prevent him from preying on her as she attempted to use a bathroom in May 2012.

The lawsuit says the girl was a 14-year-old freshman when an 18-year-old senior pushed her into a bathroom stall and tried to force her to perform oral sex.

A school district spokeswoman declined to comment on the lawsuit.

FACT. The school police is controlled by the principal of the school they are assigned. They do not have the authority to perform police functions unless approved by the principal. The principal will not allow any interaction with the police as this will show the actual problems in that school. Principals want the public to believe there is no problems at the school, and this mentality is 100% supported by the administration and the school board.

This exact problem is currently being exposed by the news media in conjunction with the Parkland school shooting. You see, school administrators care more about collecting federal funds then they do about their students.
