How they are Funded

A Children's Services Council (CSC) is a countywide special-purpose government, in essence a taxing district, created by ordinance – and approved by local voters – to fund programs and services that improve the lives of children and their families.

In Palm Beach County, voters created a Children’s Services Council in 1986. For the 2013-2014 fiscal year, which runs October 1 through September 30, the millage rate is .7025. Of CSC’s total budget, 83% comes from property taxes. The rest comes from grants and other income.

Where does $ 110,707,741.00 go?

The "created needs", are often designed by it goes, has much to do with who pulling the strings.

A clue to the agenda's regarding a 360 degree child abuse, is who sits on the council, and why.

For example, a Juvenile Court Judge, and a School board member sitting on the council,
the over-sees $ 110,707, 741.00, for children, are the same ones who create the child abuse.

Flow Chart of Actors, and Motives, and Outcomes, are up-coming.

If a Judge, and a School Board Member, who have a documented history of violating federal laws, and hiding public records, then certainly, Federal Laws, won't matter for Children’s Home Society, or the children.
