Dist 1 this morning. Rookie says a guy is doing over 100mph. Don't fucking chase people, how many times does it have to be said? The agency doesn't want us making arrests or doing a damn thing because they do not want to deal with complaints. Sit in your car and do NOTHING all day. The agency is not going to back you up.

They should call in every one of his FTO's and ask them what the fuck. He just got released from FTO, so he should have been told by every FTO he had "DO NOT CHASE ANYONE FOR ANYTHING". Yeah there is a chase policy in place, but we all know honestly they don't want us chasing shit.

Gauger was not there. He was busy with his family at their Koran burning ceremony for their church in Wellington Gauger hates Islam so much, he gave a Koran to a gay couple and asked them to have sex on it before he tossed it into the fire. Sick bastards.

Let’s face it... for the most part, this agency has rookies training rookies. This situation is a clearly and obviously a result of the lack of quality FTOs in the agency. FTOs should have a minimum of 10 years on the job. What does a 2-4 year deputy know about the job. They are still learning themselves.... it’s amazing shit like this doesn’t happen more often.

10 yrs is right.
Who you're trained by on the job, is who you'll be on the job.
Min. investment, for a maximum result. Of course, that's providing anyone gives a fuck.
