Re: What a REAL union does to protect its members

Dan Glissen for PBA president is a good idea. Most PBA reps too scared to run themselves could get behind him. But theres got to be a secret vote, same as with contracts. As long as Glissen doesn't turn around and make Kaz "Executive Director". PBA "Executive Director" is a made up position for Kaz to pay back Earnie George for "appointing" Kaz PBA president way back in 2005. Kaz's never been "elected" ever since then and been giving himself and Earnie raises every year since then. PBA "Executive Director" makes the same PBA salary as the PBA president, has a PBA credit card and that cherry PBA SUV for personal use just like the Missus Kaz has that no show "Office Assistant" title and the white PBA paid-for BMW. If Dan could fire everybody in that building and bring back Gary Lipman to start over, I'd vote for Dan! PBA "elections" coming up...

LAPD union sues Chief Charlie Beck over 'corrupting influence' in discipline process
ensions between Los Angeles Police Chief Charlie Beck and the union representing LAPD officers boiled over into a federal lawsuit Thursday, with the Los Angeles Police Protective League claiming the chief has a “corrupting influence” on the disciplinary process and calling for major changes in the way the department reviews serious misconduct cases.

In a 57-page suit filed against the chief and the city in U.S. District Court, the union claimed Beck has violated the rights of rank-and-file officers who are accused of misconduct by pressuring disciplinary board members to return guilty verdicts. The Board of Rights -- a three-person panel that decides disciplinary cases for officers, who usually face termination or lengthy suspensions -- always consists of two high-ranking LAPD officials and one civilian.

Pointing to separate lawsuits filed by four LAPD captains who claim they were punished for disagreeing with discipline recommended by Beck in the past, the union argued that the chief has an unfair amount of influence on the Board of Rights proceedings. The board should be composed entirely of civilian members, according to the suit.

“That’s unprecedented, for a major city police union to be advocating for more civilian oversight,” said Gregg Adam, an attorney representing the union in the matter. “But we think our members absolutely deserve it and will be much more fairly treated by it.”

The City Charter section that requires two command officers to be board members violates the 14th Amendment right to due process because those officers “owe their rank to the chief,” the lawsuit alleges. That structure creates an “inherent pressure” for board members to return findings of guilty and “impose a specific punishment, which is almost always termination,” the suit contends....

And the Chief hasn't ordered the LAPD union president to fire the union lawyer? WTF? Here in Corruption County if the sheriff gets embarrassed by the union lawyer getting union members their jobs back after he fired them, he just orders our "union" president to fire our union lawyer. Kaz needs to go out there and explain to the Los Angeles Police Protective League president how a police union is supposed to run. If he's too busy selling out PBA members or shoving bbq in his face or playing golf or smoking cigars on his boat, then Bradshaw can go out there and explain to Police Chief Beck what he needs to do. If Bradshaw's with Kaz selling out PBA members or shoving bbq in his face or playing golf or smoking cigars on Kaz's boat, they can send our "union" Executive Board out there to explain how a police union is supposed to run. If those puppets are too busy looking the other way as Kaz sells out PBA members or cooking the bbq for Bradshaw and Kaz to shove in their faces, or caddying Kaz and Bradshaw's golf bags or lighting Kaz and Bradshaw's cigars on Kaz's boat they can just send the link to this website and tell the Chief to search "Lippman".

TO ALL ELECTED PBA REPRESENTATIVES: You are the only ones that can end the personal piggy-banking our PBA president has made of our union. You did nothing when he got himself and the wife that big white BMW and gave her a no show job on the PBA payroll for the last 10 years. You did nothing when he gave himself huge salary raises every year while PBA members pay was frozen. You have done nothing about the tens of thousands of dollars in purchases he makes on PBA credit cards. You have done nothing to demand an audit to see whether he's been spending thousands of dollars on golf clubs and equipment for himself at Whirlaway Golf Center in Methuen, Mass, an out-of-state Kazanjian family business. You did nothing when he fired the best police union lawyer the PBA ever had because the Sheriff was embarrassed by his exposures of IA targeting. But you are the only ones that can change all of this in the next couple of months. What's it going to be?

A poster here said there should be talk at line-ups about ending the Kazanjian family looting of the PBA and electing a new PBA president. Any of that going on in anybody's briefings?

And as if that wasn't enough, you have passed these tremendously terrible traits to your own children, only to he documented by the West Palm Beach Police Department after your son was arrested for assaulting a minority police officer while calling him a nigger, only to rely on your position of power to make a back room, closed door agreement with the West Palm Beach Police Chief to drop the charges and erase the police report from the server. Luckily, a confidential informant in the department who was sickened be the lack of justice provided out site with a copy of the arrest report, which people can read here...

Mr. Gauger, you are a disgusting human being as is your counterpart Sheriff Ric Bradshaw. When you die, I can only hope that God will have mercy on your soul. Sharon Bock's office does venue shopping for court contractors, and validates visibly altered, and counterfeited police forms as "Authentic", accomplishing the jurisdictional aspects to venue shopping.

In Corruption County, its essential that the Clerk of Courts "solidifies", fraudulent jurisdictions, encouraging the court contractors to rob the public, and the fraudulent clerks are "directed" to commit the fraud by "knowingly validated counterfeit police reports, that the police had not produced, nor ever had on record.

The Destruction of the Family and the Promotion of Feminism.

WILLI MUNZENBERG, THE FRANKFURT SCHOOL
“We must organize the intellectuals and use them TO MAKE WESTERN CIVILIZATION STINK! Only then, after they have CORRUPTED ALL ITS VALUES AND MADE LIFE IMPOSSIBLE, can we impose the dictatorship of the proletariat.” (Emphasis added)

All families were essentially evil, us cultural Marxist feel — even happy families — so they had to be destroyed. It was better if children had no parents, or did not know who their parents were. Or if they were orphans of the state. It was better if romantic love between the sexes, leading to stable long-term marriages, were destroyed in favor of short-term, unstable, promiscuous relationships. After all, the former might lead to happiness for all concerned, and that was clearly impermissible — for the whole point of the Cultural Revolution was “to create a culture of pessimism” (Lukács) and “to make life impossible for everyone.” (Münzenberg).

Be careful what you wish for. Civilians recommending punishment in California, are you fucking stupid, they hate cops out there.

I've spent time in LA and PBC and the negative attitude towards LEOs in PBC is far more prevalent among the general public than in LA. Many people talk about how much better the LAPD is now than it used to be.

Here in NYC we love our cops. In PBC, you need to judge them (independently), as the are untrained in understanding their primary functions.
Further, the assholes r/o's, are priming the following shifts, as the public see all as one.
The mistake is when the solid r/o, sees all as one within the ranks. Their should be some sort of grading process.

Like a sticker on the units indicating to the general public weather or not, that driver / LEO, in that particular unit, is an asshole or not. A street cred merit unit, (Specialty Pay), needs to be in place as determined by a civilian review board, set up by Kaz.

Yes I did and I didn't get him from a "rescue agency". I got him from the kennel that the dog was originally purchased from. I know this dog was from your area. He was ruined and returned claiming "something was wrong with the dog". The only thing that was wrong with him was that he was starved and abused.

What would those comments have to do with promotion? Especially when it's just a test you take, unless your buddies with someone, then it's just handed to you
